Battelle on Suing Bloggers

I appreciate John's honestly here.

I think Apple really has their head on wrong here. The MSM is going to vanish and its going to become more grayscale and subjective. A lot of A-list bloggers are starting to make significant cash off their blogs.

Maybe the only qualification to become a "real publisher" (to paraphrase Steve Jobs) is to have a lawyer on retainer.
